First Aid in the Home
We have just published details of a new First Aid course we are holding in the Centre in December, 2011.
On Thursday 1st December, between 12.45 and 2.45 – read more here on our main web site. You do need to book and we do have some limited crèche spaces available, so make contact with us early to make sure of your place…

Yoga and your CV?
We have just posted details online of our Wednesday yoga sessions.

We have also put, on our training page, details of our Kis Training pre-employment workshop sessions due to run during May and June.
These are a great way to find out more about your skills and how they would fit into the retail, hospitality, customer service, health, business or construction sessions.

Are you prepared?
Would you know what to do in an emergency? Come and get some training in our Centre.
We are holding First Aid Training for Parents in the Centre on Tuesday 29th March, 2011.
Starting at 1.00pm until 3.00pm, this is a great way to learn new skills and awareness in our supportive atmosphere.
Course cost is only £7.50, and you do need to book.

Waltham Forest College – an Open Evening
Waltham Forest College are holding an Open Evening on Thursday, 17th March 2011. (4.30 to 7.30 pm)
If you are a parent or carer thinking of acquiring new skills or re-entering the workplace, then there will be plenty to talk about and see at the College.
If you have a school leaver in the family, then why not come along and see what the options are for further learning and training at the College.
If you download the College invitation form here, and bring it along on the day, you could be in with a chance to win a Nintendo Wii.

O’Regen Worknet Outreach events this month
Open the door to new jobs and training…there are a number of events to help with employment, training and skills taking place in the borough from this week.
